Exhibitor-Hosted Session Application

Application Deadline: January 10, 2025

The deadline to apply for an Exhibitor-Hosted Session is January 10, 2025, or when all time slots are filled. Applications will be reviewed by the SOT Scientific Program Committee, its agents, or SOT staff. Eligible organizations may submit more than one application, but only one application will be approved before the January 10, 2025, submission deadline. The other applications may be approved after the January 10, 2025, submission deadline, if timeslots are still available. Please allow ten (10) business days for your application to be reviewed. SOT has the right to reject any application for any reason. The Session Coordinator indicated on the application will be the host organization’s point of contact for the Exhibitor-Hosted Session. If the session is approved, a time slot will be assigned, and an acceptance confirmation email will be sent to the Session Coordinator and the Exhibitor/Supporter Primary Contact, if applicable. Policies

In addition to the Exhibitor-Hosted Session Rules and Regulations and Marketing and Promotion Guidelines, the following policies apply:

Application must include required contact information, session title, description, educational learning objective, session topic(s), and up to three unique date and time preferences.
Session content must be educational, balanced, and objective. Promotion of products, services, or programs is not acceptable session content.
The session opportunity fee of $1,400 must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice in order for the session to be included in the SOT Annual Meeting program. SOT has the right to remove any session from the program if an unpaid invoice is more than thirty (30) days past due.
