Exhibitor-Hosted Session Application

Application Deadline: January 16, 2026

Applications will be accepted until January 16, 2026, or until time slots are filled, whichever comes first. Please allow ten (10) business days for your application to be reviewed. Applications will be reviewed by the SOT Scientific Program Committee, its agents, or SOT staff. Eligible organizations may submit more than one application, but only one application will be accepted and assigned a time slot before January 16, 2026. The other applications may be accepted and assigned a time slot after January 16, 2026, if session content is distinct in time slots available. SOT has the right to reject any application for any reason.

The Session Coordinator indicated on the application will be the host organization’s point of contact for the Exhibitor-Hosted Session. If the session is accepted and assigned a time slot, an acceptance confirmation email will be sent to the Session Coordinator and the Additional Contact, if applicable.
